Cleanse with a suitable cleanser. Gentle exfoliation to increase skin permeability. Disinfect with antiseptic product and single-use gauze.
Assess the skin condition and select actives according to the indication. Prepare the mixture in a vial with applicator or syringe. Remove the needle once formulated.
Apply the solution drop by drop under the Meso Pen, Meso Roller or TDS head. Advance gradually covering the entire area. Use conductive gel if the device requires it.
Meso Pen: circular, vertical and diagonal movements. Meso Roller: left-right, up-down and diagonal with constant pressure. Apply actives during advancement.
With TDS: apply under the head. Without TDS: leave for 20 minutes. For body areas add DMAE for firming action. Seals and protects the skin.

Use sterile products only. Meso Pen and Meso Roller treatments produce micro-wounds on the skin surface. Applying any non-sterile product poses a risk of skin infections. Additives, preservatives and fragrances in non-sterile products can cause allergic reactions when reaching greater depth than conventional topical application.

• Redness, burning, mild itching or swelling are normal reactions (12–24h).
• If allergic reactions appear, stop treatment immediately.
