Aesthetic mesotherapy protocols with Institute BCN actives are applied both in microneedling techniques and in other aesthetic mesotherapy modalities (electroporation, iontophoresis, ultrasound). This article describes the most commonly used standard protocols in advanced aesthetics centres, organised by therapeutic objective.

Active handling guidelines
To preserve the stability and efficacy of BCN actives:
- Store in a cool place protected from direct light (between 15 and 25 °C)
- Open ampoules at the time of use; do not keep leftover contents
- Do not mix more than 2–3 actives in the same well to avoid incompatibilities
- Vitamin C (very unstable) must be used immediately after opening the ampoule
